At Texas Custom Mirrors we really care about color matching and you may notice our photography is excellent. We have spent enormous time and money to give you the best photos you will see online. However, please consider these factors. First, did you know that lighting changes color shades and tones? Yellow light looks different than 5500k daylight on the same frame. Second, most computer monitors are not calibrated correctly and so colors vary from one to the next. Third, mouldings are made in what is called runs. One run of the same moulding may vary from that next. If you need a perfect match of color, PLEASE ORDER A SAMPLE TO VIEW in your home. Still remember, the next run may be slightly different in shade and texture from the frame you hold in your hand.
We are a Texas Company and therefore by law, compelled to charge sales tax for residents in Texas. We however do charge very low shipping rates to compensate for your payment of Sales Tax. We charge a flat rate of $59.00 in Major Texas shipping cities for as many mirrors as you need. We ship anywhere in the continental US. We have a simple calculation of 25% of purchase price to ship to any state. Example: A mirror cost $600.00.......Shipping will cost 25% or $125.00. All major cities in Texas you can schedule an appointment with one of our mirror designers. Dallas/Ft Worth metro, Waco metro, Austin metro, San Antonio metro and Houston metro are all serviced cities. If you live in an appointment Texas City, we can have one of our professional mirror installers securely attach your mirror. We will have a consultation on the phone to help you with measuring. The last thing we want is for your mirror to be too large and not fit the selected space. We can break down the mirror and it can be rebuilt, however there are additional costs to do this plus shipping. No, samples are given to you on loan. We simply ask for you to pay a small deposit that is fully refundable. We do not make money on samples and really do want them back for other customers. So, please, after you are finished with your ordered sample. Send it back for a refund of your deposit! We do not refund shipping cost.
